Rooms have a nice layout and the shuttle service is quick to the airport. The elevator system can be confusing and some amenities are outdated.

The location is perfect for quick access to the airport, and the shuttle service is convenient. On the downside, parking fees are incredibly high at $53 a night. Room cleanliness could be better. They have a great heated outdoor pool.

The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. I adored the stunning view of the city lights at night from my room. And a huge shoutout to Manager Ivan for making my stay even better with his friendly help!

I absolutely loved how the hotel was just a quick drive from LAX airport, making it super convenient for my weekend jaunt, and with a range of nearby parks like Eucalyptus Park and Lennox Park just about 3 km away, I enjoyed lovely strolls surrounded by nature and local charm; Additionally, there were great dining options a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite. However, the check-in process could be improved to ensure a smoother arrival experience.

The heating worked well, keeping us comfortable during our stay. we were disappointed to find that there were limited toiletries provided, with only one small shampoo for four people. The room also lacked tea and coffee facilities, which we missed having for a relaxing morning. The curtains were a bit outdated, and the overall room decor felt tired compared to the modern lobby. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making check-in a smooth process. We did not opt for room service during our stay, so I cannot comment on that aspect. The free airport shuttle service was convenient, but there were some issues with the shuttle staff expecting tips in cash, which caught us off guard after a long flight. On the plus side, the hotel offered valet parking, although the additional charges were not clearly communicated upfront, leading to an unexpected cost. The hotel's location near LAX was convenient, and the shuttle service was a bonus for travelers needing easy access to the airport.

I was so frustrated when I got to my room. The shower was completely dry, no water at all! After a long flight, I had to resort to a sponge bath. Really disappointing for the price!

The room was clean with a cozy layout. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making it easy to relax. the space felt small for a Hilton. Temperature control was inconsistent; the AC kept turning off. Noise from planes was noticeable, but expected given the location. There weren’t many plug sockets or USB ports, and a refrigerator or microwave would have been helpful. The shower had some discoloration, and the overall décor felt outdated. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch, though it didn’t compensate for the minor inconveniences during the stay.

Efficient location with a free airport shuttle. Late check-out was a lifesaver after a long flight. Staff members, especially Reggie, were helpful and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful, and nearby restaurants were a plus. the shuttle driver’s cash-only tip expectation was disappointing. Not ideal after a grueling journey. Rooms were outdated. The bathrooms desperately need a makeover. Beds lacked comfort, with mattresses showing wear. Unpleasant odors from marijuana lingered in the hallways, and staff response was lacking. Cleanliness was generally good, but the experience suffers from inconsistent service and outdated facilities. Make improvements, and the potential is there for a fantastic stay.

The location is perfect for a quick airport arrival—just a couple of minutes away. The staff were friendly, with Monica providing excellent communication. The breakfast bar served amazing blueberry pancakes, and the pool area was relaxing. we faced numerous issues: the shuttle was overcrowded, and check-in took an hour due to limited staff. Three room changes were frustrating, especially finding a cleaning solvent smell and unclean bathrooms. Then came the power outage during the night without any prior warning. Thankfully, we received a comp for the trouble, but the lack of communication was disappointing.

I loved the gorgeous lobby with plenty of seats and the convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The gym was decent, and the pool was a nice touch for relaxation. 24-hour food service was a bonus, and the friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere.
The room cleanliness; the bathrooms were dirty, and the carpet was un-vacuumed in all three rooms I stayed in.

Walking the hills was epic! The views were insane and the air felt so fresh it was like I was breathing life itself.
It wasn't dirt cheap, but honestly it was worth every penny.

The meeting space felt like a royal gala with chandeliers dripping like raindrops. Sipping Starbucks coffee while enjoying a northern Italian feast at Andiamo made my stay divine. The 24-hour shuttle service to the airport was a lifesaver after pampering at the fitness center.
The shuttle driver seemed more interested in my money than my comfort after a long flight.

hilton was perfect for my tired body after a long journey. the beds were the best ever, and I slept like a baby. the staff was nice, and the location is convenient for rental cars. the lobby is nice and the elevators are better than average. there are also 3 places to eat or drink in the hotel.

Free shuttle to airport, lovely lobby, convenient Hertz counter. Took a shuttle to the airport but it picked up arrivals before dropping us off, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

My stay at a hotel near LAX was truly delightful. The outstanding friendliness and kindness of the staff made a lasting impression. The hotel's location just a stone's throw away from the airport was a pleasant surprise, especially for someone like me who values punctuality. The breathtaking view from the hotel was an added bonus that enhanced the overall experience. The only minor issue I encountered was that the air conditioner did not consistently cool the room during the night.

the pool and jacuzzi were huge and clean - perfect for relaxing. the hotel's proximity to the airport made it super convenient, and the staff was really kind and helpful - especially with the visa card issue. the room was pretty quiet, and the wifi was great.
